Key Point: We do not store your images or text. Everything is processed in real-time and immediately forgotten.

- Camera Images: We use your camera to capture text. These images are transmitted to Google Cloud Vision API for text recognition (OCR).
- Text Data: Recognized text may be sent to Google Gemini AI to provide summaries and explanations when you use the "Explain" feature.
- Local Data: Daily usage limits are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone.
3. Data Processing
- We do not store your images or text on our servers.
- Data is processed in real-time and discarded after the request is complete.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) like names, emails, or locations.
- We do not use analytics or tracking.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to process your requests:
- Google Cloud Vision - For optical character recognition (OCR)
- Google Gemini AI - For text explanation and simplification
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech - For converting text to audio
- Firebase Cloud Functions - For secure backend routing

All communication between the app and our backend is encrypted via HTTPS. Your data is protected in transit.
